Nice, cork could be very comfortable both in cold and warm.

    Pros:
    - thermal insulation
    - gives a good touch feeling
    - makes a cosy look and atmosphere
    - so far it is more scratch resistant than vinyl
    - according to description should be resistant to mold
    - relatively easy to apply since it comes in tiles, also it is thick and does not make blisters
    - easy to repair due to natural cork pattern, a patch won't be visible from a short distance already
    Cons:
    - relatively high price
    - relatively low availability

Ease of application and resulting quality compensate price.
