Yes, that 10W power consumption sounds very good and it might be enough in summer.
800 W is too much in summer for not to start and stop in FE83. We have a Eber D4 in a 35' boat. It has 900 W minimum power (only 7 W consumption!) and it stops often (just once a night typically) during the night.

Current ST2000 should take 9 W at minimum power.
